Begin your journey with an authentic Irish Walking Tour through unique landscape of the Sperrins Uplands. The tour expertly led by local guide
and ecologist Martin Bradley from Landscape and countryside Tours will allow you to embrace the plant life and archaeology of the region’s
ancient peatland habitats.
After an enjoyable day, out on the hills arrive spend the night in the 4-star White Horse Hotel where you can relax in the health & spa facilities
before enjoying a 3-course meal with locally produced and traditionally made options prepared by the hotels award winning Chef, Noel Ward.
Your meal will be served with a bottle of wine. After dinner, there will be an opportunity to experience some local history and Irish Folklore in
the Lounge Bar during the Storytelling-Seanchai sessions or get your foot tapping to some traditional Irish music.

Begin your journey with a guided Horse riding experience, led by expert instructor Pauline from City of Derry Equestrian. This ride into the wilderness is a fantastic way to connect with nature and enjoy the panoramic views of Derry, Donegal and beyond. Pauline will keep you entertained with some stories about the landscape and local characters and you trek through the lush green fields of the Faughan Valley to Ardmore and its surrounding forest to Slieve Kirk at the foothills of the Sperrins. Here the open landscape changes dramatically as you enter the forest and the rich sent of pine filters into the fresh country air. With deer and other wildlife roaming the forest, you might even catch a glimpse of something extra special!
