Our Pearl Wedding Package is designed to offer everything you need within The White Horse Hotel so you and your guests have a spectacular celebration. All the food, from welcome drinks to an evening buffet, is included as well as a glass of wine. One of our ballrooms will be yours for the day at no additional cost, with centre pieces, red carpet arrival, chair covers and a master of ceremonies for the day.

This wedding package takes care of you and your guests within the hotel, while allowing flexibility for you to choose the other wedding suppliers that will make your day perfect for you. You will have a Wedding Co-Ordinator work with you from first visit to the 4 star White Horse Hotel to the big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your co-ordinator will be happy to give recommendations of suppliers or to work with your own selections, friends and family to deliver a beautiful wedding day.

The Pearl Package includes a sparkling wine welcome for the lucky couple and tea, coffee and homemade shortbread for the guests. Relax in the  bar (bar situated within each ballroom) before heading in for your 4 course wedding banquet prepared by our award winning Chef team. A glass of wine will be included for each guest within the price.

The White Horse guarantees that you will be the only wedding taking place in the hotel on your wedding day. All focus will be on delivering our outstanding service to you.

We have a choice of 2 ballrooms, both of which have coloured LED lighting that can be set to match your colour scheme, or alternate for a party atmosphere. Each ballroom has it’s own modern, luxurious bathrooms and its own bar so your guests are all within the same room to maximise the atmosphere as your loved ones celebrate around you.

We also have an room perfect to more intimate affairs where we can offer bar table service.
